Return policy:
We have a 10 day money back return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your item at no error of ours, you may return it in the same condition as originally received. There will be a 15 percent restocking fee entire order total.
(This covers processing of the credit card,
and a process fee for refunding the card).
You are responsible for shipping the item back with a tracking number. When Item is received back, we will refund you the purchase price less the shipping cost. If the item had free shipping, (Which means shipping is included in the item price) shipping will be deducted from the item purchase price. Thank you
(This does not apply to a damage item you received.)
We are not responsible for broken items( Plaster, ceramics and flower pots . If you want insurance, you must email us and we adjust your total.
